The founders introduce themselves

Felix Lorang

Felix is a tax advisor who started his career in the Rhineland-Palatinate tax administration department and is a qualified tax economist (Diplom-Finanzwirt) with experience in tax assessment and auditing. He then worked as a senior member of one of the world's largest tax consulting firms in the area of real estate taxation and as a senior manager in a corporate tax department with a focus on corporate tax law.

Léon Soffner

Léon is a tax advisor and studied Business Administration (B.Sc.) in Frankfurt and Melbourne and Corporate Tax Law (LL.M.) in Cologne. He started his career in two of the leading tax consulting firms in the field of real estate and corporate tax law and was most recently a senior manager in Germany's largest tax consulting firm. There he provided tax advice on real estate transactions and assisted real estate investors with their tax obligations.
